School Meals

Menu and catering information about our school.

Our school meals are provided by Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust Catering Services. The Trust’s team of expert Chefs and Managers support our in-school catering teams to deliver a range of appealing, nutritious and affordable food at lunchtime.

All of our menus are fully compliant with the government’s School Food Plan. Bishop Wilkinson CET Catering Services will ensure that all students have a popular and healthy meal choice every day, with options to meet the needs of all age groups and those with notified special dietary requirements.

Menu’s run on a three week rotation. The Spring/Summer menu will be served from Easter until October half term, the Autumn/Winter menu will then be introduced and run until Easter. Please see the current menu choices below:

Allergies

If your child has an allergy, or medical food need, please speak to the School Office Staff. You will need to to complete a Special Diet request form to return to school ahead of any school lunches being provided.

Booking a School Meal

Pupils are able to choose what they would like on the day from a varied menu. School meals are booked by the class teacher during registration each morning. All allergies are catered for (please ensure you have informed school of any allergies your child may have). Meals are charged to your Arbor Parent Portal account, your details and your login information are provided by email. Please ‘top up’ your child’s school meals account on Arbor, meals should be paid for in advance to prevent falling into arrears.

Cost of School Meals

The cost of our school meals are as follows:

  • Nursery Children – £2.95 per day
  • Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 – No charge (UIFSM)
  • Year 3, Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6 – £2.95 per day

Free School Meals

If you think that you may be entitled to free school meals please speak to the School Office or complete and return an application form.
