Arbor Parent PortalSchool Clubs
We have a variety of extra-curricular activities available each term, most take place after school, but a few are held during lunch break or before school. We change the choice of clubs each half term and also try to rotate the year groups invited enabling the children to experience new activities.
If your child is interested in attending a club, please book a place via the Arbor Parent Portal. The cost for each club is shown on your Arbor account, to secure a place please make payment in full on booking. Your child’s place in a club will not be secured until payment is received.
If you require any assistance booking via Arbor please follow these instructions.
Some activities have a limited number of places due to resources and staffing. If you are unable to make a booking via Arbor this usually indicates that there are no more spaces available. Should your child not secure one of the spaces available, please email the school office providing the name of your child and the club they were interested in joining as places may become available later in the term.
Lunchtime clubs that may run each term, will also have limited availability, again due to numbers for staffing and resources. The children will be advised of the arrangements, of where and what time they should attend, by their class teacher.
Important Notice
Please note that Tax-Free Childcare Vouchers cannot be used to pay for extra-curricular activities. They are only eligible for childcare (Breakfast and Tea Club) and nursery fees.
